Policy version 1.3

Purchase Policy

By purchasing an AlvinOps license you agree to the following:

  • This is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription.
  • Launch price is $99 for 3 active installations during the first 15 days of public launch. After that window, the price is $149 for 3 active installations.
  • One purchase includes 3 active AlvinOps installations. Need more? Add another 3 installations.
  • One Windows user environment running AlvinOps counts as one installation. Computers and Windows users can be combined until the active-installation allowance is reached.
  • Need more installations? Add another 3 at checkout. You receive one license key per order.
  • Deactivating an installation frees that slot. This is a simultaneous active-installation limit, not a lifetime install counter.
  • Your purchased version remains licensed for use on your active installations. Optional future updates or support may have separate eligibility periods.
  • You provide a compatible Windows environment, Alvin Desktop, a compatible AI model/provider, and the sign-ins for workflows you choose to use. Model/provider fees are separate.
  • License keys and activation secrets are confidential; you are responsible for safeguarding them.
  • Your card statement will show ZFireMedia.com.

90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Give Alvin 90 days. Put him to work. Experiment. Build workflows. If Alvin isn’t for you, request a refund within 90 days.

You may request a refund within 90 calendar days of purchase by emailing support@zfiremedia.com. Refunded entitlement is revoked or deactivated according to normal AlvinOps licensing policy.

System Requirements / Buyer Responsibility

Before purchasing, you are responsible for confirming that your setup meets these requirements:

  • Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit x86
  • Alvin Desktop installed
  • Network access for initial activation and for cloud-model or online-service workflows
  • Current Google Chrome for supported browser workflows
  • A compatible AI model/provider configured by the customer; model access is not included
  • Google/social accounts are required only for skills that use those services
  • Other models may work, but behavior, reliability, tool use, and task completion may vary
  • Buyer is responsible for confirming system requirements before purchase

Acceptance is recorded at checkout (policy version, timestamp, and basic audit metadata) and retained with your license record.
